Children's Workshop

Parents' and Children's Free Zone
A program where parents and children can make use of basic art materials, such as clay, paints and paper.
Held most Sundays, from 10:00 till 11:30. Reservations not required.
Children must be 12 years of age or younger and they must be accompanied by an adult. This program is not open to groups.
(Dates may be changed without notice, so please call to confirm in advance.)
Fees:
Children of or below elementary school age: Free
Adults: 100 yen

Individual Creative Classes
A series of classes open to individuals.
Programs are held throughout the year in three categories: those designed for "preschool-aged children," "elementary school 1st-3rd graders" and "elementary school 4th-6th graders."
The classes are: "Wakuwaku Sunday Creative Class," which is held each Sunday for one month; "Long-term Sunday Creative Class," which is held each Sunday for two months; "Summer Holidays Creative Class," which is held during the summer holidays; and "One-day Creative Class," which is held on national holidays six times throughout the year.
Bookings are essential. Admission fees apply.







Citizens' Workshop

Consisting of the Two-dimensional Media Room, Three-dimensional Media Room and Printmaking Room, the Citizens' Workshop is a place for learning about art and the creative process through firsthand experience.

Workshop
In the Workshop, it is possible to meet artists and experience a variety of artistic techniques and processes. Various courses are available, ranging from those that offer just a taste to full-fledged experiences of creative work.
Open Studio
Time set aside for participants to engage in their own work, with courses in three-dimensional work, human croquis and printmaking.
