Rules Regarding Hall Use
Lease is Non-transferable
The contract to use the hall is not transferable to a third party under any circumstances.

Denial of Permission for Hall Use
We reserve the right to deny use of the hall under the following circumstances:
  • If the performance disturbs public order or is against public interests.
  • If it is inconsistent with the purpose of the hall's establishment.
  • If it presents a nuisance to the administration of the hall.
  • If any information on the User Application Form has been falsified.

Other Rules
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited in the Main Hall, the Small Hall, the Rehearsal Room, and the Practice Rooms.
  • Posters, bills, and bulletins should be limited to designated locations only.
  • Unauthorized photography, audio recordings, and video recordings are strictly prohibited in the Main Hall and Small Hall.
  • Use of Hall facilities and equipment without permission or taking hall equipment outside of the hall is prohibited.
  • Collecting donations or selling merchandise is prohibited without permission.
  • Please refrain from bringing in animals or anything dangerous or dirty.
  • Please refrain from any behavior that might offend others.
  • Sandals or Japanese geta are strictly prohibited.
  • Delivery of food to the dressing rooms is strictly prohibited.

In Case of Emergency
Please consult the hall to make arrangements regarding evacuation of the audience, first aid and other emergency measures in the event of an accident or disaster.

In an emergency
If an emergency arises, please notify the hall staff in charge and follow his/her instructions.

Canceling a Performance
In the event of an earthquake, a train strike, or other such insurmountable problems, it may be necessary to cancel a performance. The hall is unable to accept responsibility in such cases.
