In Preparation for Using the Hall
Tickets and Seating
The seating capacity for the Main Hall (2,020), and the Small Hall (440) is designated by the fire regulations. In order to comply with the regulations and prevent accidents, we ask that all seats be reserved.
If, under unusual circumstances, seats in a section of the hall must be non-reserved or seating is not decided until the day of the performance, please consult the Hall in advance.

Informing the Authorities Concerned
Depending on the contents of the performance, we request that the local authorities be informed of the details of the performance regarding any necessary safety and security measures.

Discussion of Performance Details with Hall Staff
We ask that the organizer discuss all arrangements regarding the performance 14 days prior to the performance.

Details of Arrangement for Performance
Should include performance preparation schedule; specifics on the stage, lighting and sound; performance time schedule; reception; details on lobby display, decorations, and signs; sale of goods etc.

Personnel
Hall Staff
  • Reception and lobby staff
    Main Hall: Ticket takers, ushers, cloakroom attendants, and announcers are all furnished.
    Small Hall: Ticket takers and ushers are furnished.
  • Stagehands
    Main Hall, Small Hall: Basic stage, lighting, and sound production staff are furnished.

Organizer Staff
The organizer of the performance must provide all staff not described above.
  • Reception and Lobby Staff
    Person in charge of reception, reception of specially invited guests, sales of same day tickets, programs and other merchandise, distribution of free materials, as well as staff to set up for preparation for admission of audience.
  • Stagehands
    The organizer must provide personnel if any special equipment operation or production is required, aside from the staff listed above.
